Source Tracking - Do you know how to create a new Source and assign an Expense Account and Est Cost??

Go to 'CRM' module within TrueERP. Click on 'Source' button. This will open the 'Source Card' where you need to input a 'Source Description' followed by a 'Expense Account', 'Estimated Cost', 'Created' and 'Inactive'.
