Source Tracking - What is the benefit of creating an appointment for a Customer that has a source assigned?

' The benefit is that you can view different 'Success Rates' for enquiries around appointments attached to that specific 'Source'/'Account' name. To view this within TrueERP go to the 'CRM' module and select the button 'Source List' to view your different 'Success Rates'.
