Mail Merge

Mail Merge - Can you correctly use the Mail Merge Function?

Go to 'CRM' module and click on the button 'Mail Merge'. This will be to send a range of mail out to specific customers on mass. Tick on the 'Group' you wish to send mail to by ticking on the 'Send' column. Select a 'Filter List' if you choose to filter out groups and then select a 'Template' if you choose to send a generic mail. Create the 'Template' from the SQL Report writer before you create the 'Mail Merge'. At the bottom of the 'Mail Merge' card select Email, Print or File and then an Email Subject if applicable. Click send and done.
