Reward Points - How do you manage the Points against Products?
Go to 'CRM' module located on the left of the screen and then select 'Loyalty Program' button. This will open up the Loyalty Rewards Card where you then can select a product from the drop down. Then assign a number value next to that product in the 'Points' area, and then the value of those points under 'Value'. You would then select 'Customer' type to assign this 'Loyalty Point' product to a specific customer type.
