POS Points
POS Points - What is the main point to be remembered in this section? What do you have to put in before any points can be assigned?
In 'POS' you need to create a 'Redeem Points' button. So at the top of the screen select the button that says 'POS', then in the top left hand corner of 'POS' select 'File', 'Customise POS', select an empty preset, then on the right hand side under 'Key Function' select 'Other Functions'. Then just below that under the heading 'Select Functions' scroll down until you find 'Redeem Points' and select that. Then click 'Save & Close' to apply. Then when doing a sale in 'POS' you need to assign a 'Customer' to the sale. Also make sure those 'Preferences' for 'POS' have been setup.
