Photo ID

Photo ID - Can you print an Employee Barcode and a Photo ID for an Employee?

To Print an employee's barcode and Photo ID.

  • Go to Employee Module.
  • Select Employee List.
  • Double click an employee from the Employee List to open Employee Card.
  • Select Photo ID from the tabs available on the left in the Employee Card.
  • To Print Barcode and ID click Print ID

The Employee Photo ID is a template which can be designed as per the requirements by going to Reports from windows top menu and select Templates. This will open Customise Template window. Search Employee Photo ID template and double click to open and edit it.
