Can you track and send Letters, Emails and SMS messages?

To Track Letters, Emails and SMS messages, you must have Access to the employee module.

You have to set up the Sms messages first in your Utilits / Preferences / Edi and Integration / SMS and Emails in the employee card.


To start click on the Employee Module on the Left, and then on the Employee List function on the Right.

When the list opens, select the Employee you want to set up for tracking theirLetters, Emails and SMS messages.

On the Employee card select the Documents' button on the Left. To Track these documents the User must send letters and emails from this window.
