Skill Providers

Can you set up new Skills and Suppliers as Skill Providers?'


To Set up new Skills and Suppliers as Skill Providers you must have Access to the employee module.


To create a New Skill click on the Employee Module on the Left, and then on the Skills List

function on the Right.

When the list opens, select the NEW button at the bottom of the screen. Type the New Skill in the Skill

Name window and click Save. If you go back to the employee card this will now appear as one of the skills

options in the drop down menu in the Skills / Attachments options.


To create a New Suppliers as Skill Providors click on the Employee Module on the Left, and then

on the Skills Providers List function on the Right.

When the list opens, select the NEW button at the bottom of the screen. This will open a New Supplier

window, complete the information and click Save. If you want to select a Supplier from your

Existing Supplier list, tick the Show all Suppliers without Skills as Well box on the right side of the

window. 

After Creating / Selecting an existing supplier click on the Add Skills button at the end of the window. In

the Supplier screen in the Follow Ups/Skills tab select the Skill Name from the drop down menu

and tick Active. Then Save the Supplier.

In the Skill Provider list the Skill will be listed next to the Provider.
