Returned Parts

Returned Parts - Can you send parts back to the Supplier for replacement/repair and track them?

From within the Repair Card you can create these returns to the supplier by clicking the 'RA' (Return Authority) button. This will then create all the 'Return Authorities' around those parts for the suppliers. Within the 'Return Authority' you can issue a 'Status' as well as an 'ETA Date', 'RA Number' and 'Supplier's RA Number' for tracking purposes. As well as running a 'Return Authority' you can also select a 'Repair Fault' found within the 'Workshop' module. This is great for issuing issues such as 'Conditions, Symptom, Defect, Repair' and 'Section' around specific parts for those manufacturers.
