Booking in a Repair - How do you create an Appointment for the repair?

To create an appointment around this repair you need to start by clicking the button 'Appts' found on the right hand side of the Repair Card. Then select your rep/employee to schedule this repair with. Here you can issue charge out rates and actual times around this repair.
