Attachments & Notes - Where do you do add Notes and Attachments to the repair?

Within the Repair Card select the button 'Notes'. Here you can add 'Notes', 'Feedback Notes' and 'Attachments' related to the repair. To add attachments into hear, simply right click on the attachment and drag into TrueERP, into this field.
