List Mode
List Mode - Can you explain how list mode works?
To view list mode untick the Tree Mode. This will show you Chart of Accounts in List Mode. You can set default view setting for Accounts List by going into the Accounts Preferences and ticking or untikcing Default to Tree View for Chart of Accounts List.
- Searching is rather easier in List Mode as you have F5, F6, and F7 features available.
- You can see accounts betweenActive Account, Inactive Account, Accounts with Budget, and All Account by selecting the particular radio button from the top.
- Filter can be applied to in the List Mode.
- You can search in any column by selecting Search Column and typing in the text search field by using F5, F6 and F7 features.
- You can customise the List Mode by clicking the Customise button. Can also move and sort columns.
- By using Export button you can export Chart of Accounts to spreadsheets.
- New will allow you to create a new account.
- Print will printout the Chart of Accounts in List Mode.
