CRM, Marketing and Sales - Do you understand how the CRM and Marketing modules link directly to Sales?
When we look at our 'CRM', 'Marketing' and 'Sales' modules, they will be working together in a application we call 'Leads'. The 'Leads' application will tell you what it took to turn a 'Marketing Contact' into a 'Customer'. So all three of these modules will be tied together and will show you what it took in the form of follow-ups and ration reports etc, to turn theses 'Marketing Contact' into 'Customers' and how that 'Customer' is looked after in 'CRM' by doing 'Mail Merges' and 'Loyalty Programs' etc .
