Leads - Do you understand that Lead tracking is the key marketing tool for Sales integration?
So 'Leads' can be found in the 'Marketing' module. You can create a 'Lead' from here as well as view the 'Lead List' from here. 'Leads' is the way in which you track your 'Marketing' contacts and what it took for them to turn into a 'Prospect' (Prospects are found tin the CRM module) and how that 'Prospect' turned into a 'Customer' (Customers are found in the Sales module) in the form of Ratio reports such as 'Marketing Ratios Report' and 'Sales Ratios Report' as well as viewing all the Follow up types viewed for that customer located in the 'Leads List'
