Importing Marketing Lists

Importing Marketing Lists - Have you been shown how you can import Marketing Lists into TrueERP?

To import a 'Marketing List' into TrueERP, we recommend you export the current list first and then input (Copy/Paste) your data into the list you just exported. To do this go to 'File' located at the top left corner of TrueERP, click 'Export' and 'Export Data'. Then select and make sure 'Marketing Contact' is ticked. Select the location to export to and click 'Export'. Once exported, open up the exported file and proceed to input your marketing contacts information. Once completed and ready for 'Import', go back into TrueERP, click 'File' again, 'Import', 'Data' and click 'New' once the Import Data Mapping List opens. Proceed to fill out the information being 'Name' of import, 'Import Type', 'File Name', 'Options' and 'Format'. Once selected click 'Refresh' button to see if Data Mapping proceeds. If there is an error make sure the data in the importing file is correct, but if correct you can either click 'Test Import' or 'Import' straight away.
