Telemarketing - What is the main purpose of the Telemarketing section?
The function for 'Telemarketing' is that if you are running any type of Calling/Telemarketing type campaign, that you are able to categories your 'Marketing Contacts' by means of creating 'Contact Selection Ranges' to do so. So the end result is that your Telemarketers just click on the button 'Telemarketing'(Which is located in the Marketing module), select their 'Contacts List' from the drop down in 'Telemarketing' and then start calling. All the Marketing Contacts information will pop up and below that is a follow up field, so you can see what went on in the call and what needs to be done next. As well as that there is a button at the bottom of the Telemarketing Card called 'Script', so that if you have a specific script procedure, you just click that and it can be followed. After the call and contact has been made, you can then convert this contact into a 'Lead' by clicking 'Lead' and then 'Next' to continue with your calls.
