Telemarketing Lists - What effect does the "First Line Only" radio button have on the Telemarketing List?
The 'First Line Only' option will only show the first 'Follow Up' line in 'Telemarketing'. So weather or not, if that 'Marketing Contact' has been called several times and you want to track how many 'Marketing Contacts' were called 'From' X, 'To' X dates and not have the same contact pop up several times, you need to make sure 'First Line Only' is ticked to ensure this.
