Appointment - How do you create an Appointment from a Lead?

Within the Lead Card, beneath the follow ups, there is a button that says 'Appointment'. Click this to issue a new appointment for this contact. To access the Lead Card, go into the 'Lead List', select the contact by double clicking and then in the Lead Card click 'Appointment' button located at the bottom.
