Which Columns - Can you select which columns are sent to print?

Yes you can, and to hide a column for printing purpose you can go into the 'Report Options' again and go to the 'Style' tab, underneath the column you do not wish to see, simply double click on the 'X'. The 'X' will disappear and that column will be invisible.
