View Toolbars

View Toolbars - Have you turned on all of the tool bars for the Template design screen?

So to make sure all your options have been turned on in your Template Design Screen when in a template, go to the top corner of the screen and select 'View', 'Toolbars' and ensure all the options have been ticked. This way you will have all the different toolbar options available.
