Stock Take Import is going to be around importing your stock take data into TrueERP.
So first thing is that you need to jump into the Inventory Adjust Module and select Stock Take button. Now once we are in the Stock Take Card, at the bottom of the screen is an Import or Export button. If you already have the data go straight to import, but we recommend you do a export first, That way you pull all the correct entry fields for import at a later stage.
So once you click Export, this will open the Export Stock Adjustment screen. Now select what data you wish to export and then click Export.
For doing an Import, go back to the Stock Take card and select Import. This will open up the Import Stock Adjustment mapping field. This is where you need to make sure that the fields in the adjusted stock form correspond with the equivalent field in TrueERP. So make sure that is set up and corresponding correctly in this mapping area.
You can select a file you exported and altered if you choose, and the reason we do an export first is that we are guaranteed that the mapping is going to be exactly as it should be in TrueERP. Once the file is selected click refresh to view the mapping. Select all your format options etc, and then click Test Import just to see if the mapping is correct and TrueERP can import the information successfully. Once that is correct click Import and job done.
