Employee preferences is going to be around setting up specific preferences for the individual.

To access this you need to go to the Utilities Module, Preferences and then select the Employee tab. This will have all the different preferences you need to set up around your employee.

Now that's Employee specific preferences but every single preference in this area whether its in the Sales, Inventory or Fixed Assets section, they are all around the preferences needed for the employee.

So in the Sales tab if you search discounts, this will bring up all the employee options they can have around discounts.

If we have a look at the Inventory side and look under allocations, this will be dedicated more so specifically around the employee's preference. So from selecting to Load Truck Load Numbers automatically, to copying the next batch number in sequence. This is where the user would choose their preferences.

Also if you go into the Manufacturing tab, there are a huge amount of employee type preferences within preferences.

The best way to see what preferences is best for the employee is to physically go through them and see what's available for the employee to select.
