New Customer

New Customer - Can you enter a New Customer?

From the Main Menu, select sales and click on the very first function button of Customer. This opens up the customer card. Enter customer details, the maximum detail you enter the better it is.

Company name: Here mention the customer company name. Mr/Mrs.: Give your customer a title, Mr, Ms, or Dr. etc. First Name: Enter customer's first name. Last Name: Enter customer's last name. Job Title: Enter the designation of the customer. If not sure, leave it blank. Customer Type: Here you can categories your customers, e.g, Retail, Wholesale, Contract customer etc.

Enter Phone, Mobile, Skype details. In the default contact mention the communication mode, email, fax, mobile etc. Any additional notes you can mention in the bottom area available.

After entering the customer info the next tab is the address tab where you will mention the address details of customer. Physical and Bill to address are available, if both same just copy the physical address to bill to address details. Company email address and website. You can mention the department as default for which this customer is.

In Accounts tab you can mention customer's accounts details, and can define his/her credit limit.

In Contact tab, you can make contact details of this customer. If there are multiple contact person from the same client you can add here and can set one to Primary Contact. From here you can generate or design a letter and can send an email to you client as well.
