Link To A relationship between two things or situations, especially where one thing affects the other; a code or instruction that connects one part of a program or an element in a list to another. This can create a hyperlink between web pages or hypertext documents.
Link To - Can you check the connectivity through the ERP Web API?
Utilities module.
- Click the ‘Link to’ tab will open up a window with a tab stating ‘Link to a Web Site’, click this link. This will open up a page ‘Web API Test’ .
- On this page, on the top left in the ‘ERP Server Name’ provide the server name or address. In the internal address provide the details, if unknown leave it blank.
Below this you will find six testing platforms for the integrity of the website with the software.
- Check internet access and find your public (Internet) IP address.
- Check the ERP Utilities Server.
- Check Web API Module Configuration.
- Check ERP MySQL Server.
- Check Internet Communication with ERP through the WebAPI Module.
- Check External Communication with ERP though the WebAPI Module.
- Click Test at the bottom
- If everything is intact and integrated it will appear as Pass. If not, Fail in red will appear.
- In the case of FAIL, you need to check on which platform it has failed and need to make the changes accordingly.
