Mail Merge Template - Do you know where to locate and adjust the mail merge document template?

To customise this template go to the bar menu at the top of the screen and select 'Reports'. A drop down will open up where you then need to select 'Templates'. Then in the search bar or scroll to the template called 'Customer Mail Merge'. Double click on the template to open it up. The next screen is where you can alter this template.
