Load Employees
Have you opened an employee file and auto loaded the award details etc?
Awards are designed to allow you to auto import award details into an employee file. After importing you can make any modifications required for the individual employee. This allows you to bring in all of the settings and then change for example the hourly pay rate which is far less time consuming than having to enter all of the leave accrual figures, superannuation rates etc for each employee. NOTE: You must select the appropriate award before making any other changes otherwise they will be overwritten when you auto load the Award details.
- Select Employee tab
- Select Employee List
- Select the employee you wish to configure
- Select Pay Details button
- Select the applicable Award from the drop down list
