Windows Top Menu
Do you know how to access all of the functions from the windows top menu?
The File Menu is the text based menu running across the top of the ERP Screen.
E.g. File, Accounts, Appointments, Banking, Employee........etc
This is similair to theFunction or Module buttons down the left hand side of the ERP Main Menu Window.
A single click on the File Menu, on any desired function or module, will produce a Drop Down Menu of choices avalable within that function or module. This will produce the FULL RANGE of options for that function or module. In the main menu window there are a limited number of the options available due to the space available on the menu.
It is useful to use the Top Menu for selecting options as you can open several modiules from here without closing down an item to get access to the Main Menu Window.
N.B. The ERP Screen can be defined as is the entire screen view of the ERP Suite, with the File menu, Top Tool Bar and Main Menu Window. The ERP Main Menu Window is the moveable section inside the ERP Screen and the Top Tool Bar is the buttons below the file menu and above the Main Menu Window
