Contact To Customer

Can you now see how using the Marketing module efficiently can take you from a Marketing Contact to a Customer with a complete record of what it took to get there?


Select the Marketing Tab Select the Telemarketing button Select the required 'Selection Criteria' from the Contacts Lists drop down menu Upon selection of 'Lead' from the Action Type column (or by selecting the Lead button at bottom of screen) the Lead form will load and all further follow ups etc are to be entered from the Lead screen From the Lead screen... upon selection of 'Appointment' from the Action Type column (or by selecting the Appointment button at bottom of screen) the Lead now becomes a Prospect From the Lead screen... upon selection of 'Quote', 'Sales Order', or 'Invoice' from the Action Type column (or by selecting the 'Quote', 'Sales Order', or 'Invoice' button at bottom of screen) the Lead now becomes a Customer

Using the Marketing module efficiently, you will establish a detailed record of "What It Took" to create a Customer from a Contact.
