Employee Service

Employee Service- What is an employee service and how does it differ from a rep service?

An employee service is performed in house (internally) and does not link to any invoices. In particular the employee service only deals with Timesheets and the Workshop module. Employee services can be allocated spontaneously and does not require any previous setting up.

A rep service must be set up beforehand in order to perform an invoice. rep services are charged out from the Main calendar and link to invoice transactions.

Note: In order to create a rep you must first create that individual as an employee. Once they are an employee you can then make them a rep with a service attached.
