What It Took - Where would you look to find out "What It Took" to gain a new Customer?

To see how much work and effort it took to turn a 'Lead' into a 'Customer' will be from the Lead Card. So go to the 'Marketing' module, click on 'Lead List' and double click on the 'Lead' to open up the Lead Card. This will show you all the follow ups, appointments, quotes and invoice it took to turn them into income.
