What preferences do you need activated for this to work?
Giving a customer a discount on an Invoice, Quote or a Sales Order can be done by firstly changing the price in the "Price Ex" column to the new price. Step 2. Select yes in the window if you wish to add this customer to your Customer Special Price List. Finished.
