7. F5,F6 and F7

Searching with F5, F6 and F7?
Searching with F5, F6 and F7 - Do you know how to use the F5,F6,F7 searching features? Also how to use the search box on the main screen.
F5 is for complete list. F6 is anything starts with. F7 is anything like.
- Start initials of any record and hit F6 it will give you all the records which starts with that particular word or letter.
- F7 is anything like. Any word of a sentence before, at then end or in the middle of a complete name, write it in search column and press F7. Also any letter between a word can be searched with the help of this F7 function.
- F5 brings you back to the complete list.
- If you open you any List and you do not see anything then press F5. This is because when you exited from the list last time it was either in F6 or F7 mode.
