Customize Screen
How do you Add Reps and multiple Time Zones to the Main Calendar?
You may add Reps and Multiple Time Zones in Main Calendar by:
Appointment Module
- Main Calendar
- Select Customize(bottom of screen)
- Tick Reps you want shown on the main calendar
Then Time Zones
- Right click on grid
- Select add edit delete
- Select from down arrow your Zone Name
- Create a Short Name if desired
- OK
