7 Group Description

Why would you use a Product Description?
To create a New Attribute go to the Product Attributes screen in the Inventory Module and complete the details for the
Product Group.
- The second field you complete is the Product Description.
- The unique identifying field for the group is the Group Name. This name is used as part of the name for each individual product in the group and therefore should be as concise as possible.
- The Product Description on the other hand can be as detailed as needed for ease of identification.
E.g. The name may be TShirt and the description Yakka heavy weight cotton sleaveless T-Shirt
