What do you use to group products for easy selection?
What is a Grouped Product? A Grouped Product is a product/heading that has assimilated sub products.
What is the Grouped Products function? Its function is save time in searching for a product.
What does the Grouped Product do? It is a single key from the keypad in the POS screen that when selected opens a sub keypad with products that are similar to the Grouped Product.
Why would you use Grouped Products selector/key? To speed up the sale to a customer.
When are the Grouped Products created? When you recognise that products could be grouped on their own on a sub keypad so that a singular key from the Main keypad would give you fast access to the Grouped keypad.
When would you use Grouped Products? When you are using POS for a sale to a customer.
How do you gain access to a grouped product? From the Main Menu to the POS screen. N.B. If you have any preselected grouped keys on the keypad you will now be able to see them.
What are the steps to get to a grouped product? You need to get to the POS screen so that you can view the keypad.
Step 1. There are 2 options to get to "POS". choose either (a) or (b).
(a) From the "Main Menu"; Select the "POS" tab located at the top of the screen; or (b) From the "Main Menu"; At the top of the window select "Sales" and from the dropdown select "POS" then from the next
dropdown select "POS Screen ".
