Email PO - How do you email this PO?
With your Purchase Order still open
- Click Print Button
- This opens the Report Options window
- Click on Email PO
This will open your email software(for example; Outlook) with Purchase Order attached in PDF format.
'Make sure Supplier email address is saved in Supplier Card under the General Tab'
