Follow Up - How do you set a Follow Up with notes assigned?

A follow up can be set against a contact from within the 'Lead List'. Open up the 'Lead List' from the 'Marketing' module and select the contact you would like to apply a follow up for. Once the Lead Card has been opened, click on the last follow up to be issued and press SHIFT and DOWN ARROW on your keyboard to create a new one, or click on the open field within the 'Action/Follow up Details' field and select the follow up type by clicking the drop down arrow. Select the follow up, issue a 'Date' for this to be handled on and then double click on the 'Notes' area to input your notes.
