Purchase Parts - How do you create a Purchase Order to buy parts required for the repair?
Once the equipment and product parts have been selected, you need to click on 'Smart Orders' to inevitably create the 'Purchase Orders' around those parts.(eg, The wheels and chassis) 'Smart Order' button is located on the right of the Repairs Card. It will then process that 'Smart Order' around those parts and then also ask you if you would like to create the 'Purchase Order' immediately. You can select yes but if you select no, you can then view the 'Smart Order'. Then once viewed you can then tick the 'Show' box, located next to 'Create PO's' to create and view the purchase orders.
