Surcharge
Do you know how to apply a Surcharge/Credit Card Transaction fee against a payment?
- Select Payment module then select Customer Payment
- Fill in Customer, Payment Date, Payment Method
- Fill in Reference No
- Click on Apply
- Select Surcharge button, Payment Surcharge card will appear, enter the percentage surcharge to use for designated credit card (3.5)%
- Click Save (Amount will automatically calculate or add up the surcharge fee from the credit cards.)
- Fill in Notes and Save to finish transaction.
