Employee Services
Employee Services - Have you created Employee Services to auto load Charge Rates for the repair?
First your employees need to become reps. Select the 'Employee' module and click on 'Rep', then select the employee you would like to convert to a rep. If you then select the 'Rep List' you will see all the reps you have available. Double click on a rep and select the tab 'Rate info'. This is where you can add or create multiple charge out types and costs for this particular rep.
