Auto Schedule
Auto Schedule- Can you auto load all the jobs waiting to be scheduled?
In your Capacity Planner click the Auto Schedule button towards the bottom left of the screen. A box will appear with all of your items ordered but not yet scheduled.
- Select the jobs you would like to schedule
- Click OK
- Status will now change to scheduled
To manually change the scheduling, drag and drop the scheduled hours to another date To change the status, Right click and select the new status
