Average vs Last - Do you understand the Stock Cost System options in TrueERP?

If you go to 'Utilities' module and select 'Preferences' and then go to the 'Inventory' option, you need to choose either the 'Average' or 'Last' option under the heading General. Average will work out and average from the last purchase order and current cost. 'Last' will only take into consideration the last purchase price for that item.
