Mail Merge Template
Do you know where to locate and adjust the mail merge document template?
- To locate the Mail Merge Template select the CRM module then the Mail Merge button.
- You then choose the Template you wish to work with from the Templates drop down.
- To edit this Template select the General module and then the Templates button which will load the Customise Templates screen
- Select the Template name from the list and then Dbl Click to open it.
- Make any required changes and then select Save & Close
