This is in regards to sending mass mail merges.
Company Correspondence Customization - Can you customize or set up a document template for correspondence?
Utilities Module
- Preferences
- Utilities
- Marketing Lead: Email Configuration
To Select or Edit go to the Top Menu go to General (drop down menu)
- Correspondence
- Email Reference List
- Select the Reference you would like to Edit
- Edit the Reference
- Edit the Text
OR
- Select New
- Enter Reference
- Enter desired Text
- Click Save
