View All

How do you display all of your periods for each budget?

All of your Budgets, both active and inactive can be viewed and opened in the Budget List. This list is subject to a Date_Range<LinkId=1136> and displays each Period<LinkId=1127> as a seperate line. To display all of the periods for a given bugdet you can Filter on that budget and the date range that covers all periods.

The Budget Definition List, like all lists in ERP can be Filtered<LinkId=251>, Searched<LinkId=252>, Customised<LinkId=249>, Printed<LinkId=253> and Exported<LinkId=254>.

How to view all periods in the Budget

Select Budget tab Select Budget List button - By default only Active budgets will display for the selected date range Right Click the Budget Name and select "And Filter" Right Click and select "Preview" - you will now see only that budget Select the date range that will include all of the periods - Shortcut - If this budget covers a full financial year, Select "This Financial Year" from the drop down list above the date range

You will now have a list of all the periods for the budget for the selected date range
