Follow Up Types - How do you create a New Follow Up Type?

So to create a new follow up type for the 'Lead' or 'Marketing Contact' can be done from inside the 'Lead List' located in the 'Marketing' module. Double click on the lead you wish to view and when entering in a new follow up, simply type in the new follow up and create it.
