Redeeming POS Points
Can you define your points to a product both singularly & Multiple?
Whenever you go back into POS and click on your Customer you can Redeem the points that the customer has available This can be for Singular or Multiple items as long as the points are available.
- Select the Customer and then the Product/s
- Select the Redeem Points button on the POS keypad which will load the Product Loyalty Rewards screen
- Highlight the Customer and then select the Redeem Points button this will load a new line into the POS transaction screen
- Select the Cash button to finalise and Save.
