Appointment Notes

What happens to any notes added to an Appointment, i.e. where else do they display?

After following the steps below... the Notes entered onto an Appointment will appear on the Lead in the Action / Follow Up Details section on the row relating the the set appointment in the column called 'Notes'.

Select the Marketing Tab Select the Lead List Select the Lead you wish to action

To create an Appointment directly from the Lead you have selected...

Select the 'Appointment' button along the bottom of the Lead screen The Appointments Main Calendar will load at todays date Select the date you wish to schedule the Appointment for by using the > at the top right of the Calendar or by selecting the date from the 'Date Select' date picker at the top middle of the Calendar On the chosen date, double click in the column of the Rep you are making the appointment for at the required time of day or night The Appointment form will load with all the Company and Contact details as per your Lead Complete any Notes and schedule the appointment for the required timeframe
