Staff Requests - How do you create a Staff request for products?

Smart Order' gives you the ability to select products you wish to order from multiple Suppliers within a single interface, then create Purchase Orders for each individual Supplier. So for example if Staff need to order multiple products this is the site to do it from.

To create a Smart Order.

  • Select Purchases Module.
  • Select the Smart Order button.
  • Write the Description of your Smart Order in the Smart Order Description field.
  • Browse the Product in 'Name column that you wish to order.
  • Click Save.
  • Click on the Smart Order List.
  • Hold down Control key from your keyboard and click Merge New . This has now created the list needed for staff requirements. This will merge the multiple request into one Smart Order.
