Auto Create Purchase Orders
Do you know where the purchase orders are saved once created?
Once you have finished creating your Smart Order you can then create a seperate Purchase Order for each individual. To do this click on the create P/O tab and it will be automatically done. Once this is done you can automatically email this to your supplier if you added their email as preferred correspondance in their contact information. You can then go into your Purchase Order List and find it in there.
